 I have bought a ticket for my partner for the Sat  concert. Will the visiting choruses be allocated a block of seats. If so where? It seems that we are to sit in singing groups rather than with partners. Please clarify
A:

We are anticipating 1200 delegates in total to attend the convention.

The convention committee can only guarantee delegates a seat within our allocation of 1200 tickets from Ticketek

We will strive to seat delegates from each chorus  in the same block of seats within the 1200 allocation.

It is mandatory, as per BCEC rules, that non-delegates purchase concert tickets via Ticketek from the remaining available seats.(approximately 1800)

Unfortunately, the convention committee has no influence on the concert seating arrangements for non-delegates.
